2020 Makeup Favorites
I have used many amazing makeup products in 2020, but this post compiles the crème de la crème, my ride or die products that I used religiously for the past year and the ones that I can count on, no matter what.

Mádara
Skin Equal Foundation
It's very unusual for me to include not one but two foundations in my favorites. I typically don't wear foundations, so my main concern is a super natural finish. This Skin Equal Foundation does exactly that, plus it gives you a lovely glow. I was really impressed by how lightweight it feels and that it can keep up with any conventional high end foundation.
I wear the shade 'Rosy Ivory 30'.
City CC Cream
I fell in love with this CC Cream after the first use. It provides light coverage but it's absolutely enough on days where you don't want to spend a lot of time on your makeup. I love that it blurs my pores in a very natural way while hydrating my and protecting my skin from pollution. On days where I want slightly more coverage, I mix the CC Cream with the Skin Equal Foundation.
I wear the shade 'Medium'.
The Concealer
I know, I know, three Mádara products in my favorites? It's not sponsored, but I genuinely fell in love with so many of their products. I can rely on them and I love the price point / performance ratio (they don't break the bank).
The Concealer is one of the best ones I have tried in the past years! My dry under eyes love the hydrating ingredients and the coverage is decently high for my dark circles. It has a bit of a dewy finish, so if you don't like that just use a powder on top.
I wear the shade 'Honey 35'.
Kjaer Weis
Invisible Liquid Touch Foundation*
This is the second foundation that made it into my makeup favorites and it was definitely one of the most exciting launches of the past year. This foundation is for anyone who typically doesn't wear foundations (me) and/or loves a natural finish (also me). It feels like a serum because it contains lots of hydrating and nourishing ingredients.
The coverage is light to medium and it gives you such a lovely glowy finish. It's like a second but flawless skin and I found myself reaching for it more and more since I got that sample size. Compared to the foundation by Mádara, this one is a bit more liquidy and glowy.
I wear the shade 'F136 Ethereal'.

Ilia
Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tint*
2020 was the year where I expressed a lot of my makeup creativity on my eyes - as a lot of you might have too. In my everyday life I like to keep it simple though and that's why I was so excited for the launch of these eye tints. One and done eyeshadows are my thing and this one is perfect for that.
Ilia's eye tints have a powdery texture and dry within 30 seconds. They are easy to blend and stay put no matter what. As an oily lid gal, I cannot rave about them enough. No creasing, no nothing. They're also great to use as a base for your eye makeup look. I want to add more of their colors to my collection, because they're that good.
This is the shade 'Fresco'.
Kosas
Creme + Light Duo: Velvet Melon
It's no secret that I love cream blushes and this blush & highlight duo in 'Velvet Melon' is no exception. I am proud to say that I even hit pan on it. The blush color is a warm peach shade that instantly gives a fresh and summery look. The highlight shade is a warm golden tone which looks extremely natural.
